Highway 3 reopened following overturned truck on the road

Traffic on Highway 3 is moving again after an 18-wheeler overturned near the intersection of Deh Cho Boulevard Monday afternoon according to the Department of Transportation.

The truck reportedly turned over and went off the road at the intersection near Deh Cho Boulevard.

Yellowknife’s fire division, RCMP and emergency medical services were among those on scene.

According to RCMP, the driver of the truck did not require hospital treatment.
