Police say no foul play identified in Fort Liard death

Police say there was “no foul play identified” in the sudden death of a person in Fort Liard last weekend.

Shortly before noon on Feb. 26, police received a report of a person found dead on a trail near the community hall.

RCMP are now assisting the territory’s chief coroner with the investigation.

No more information on the incident has been released at this time.
