Police have now charged Zoe with a second sexual assault which took place earlier in the month.

On February 1, RCMP responded to a similar incident in downtown Yellowknife but could not find a suspect at the time.

They now believe Zoe, who has multiple past sexual assault convictions to his name, was responsible.

He is next due in court on February 24.
