Dominion Diamond employees receiving late paycheques

Dominion Diamond workers were left with empty pockets after a technical issue caused a delay on payday.

Communications Superintendant Laura Worsley-Brown says there was an issue with the payroll deposit yesterday due to a technical difficulty.

Some employees are still dealing with delays in payment but Brown says the diamond mine is working closely with banks to resolve the issue.

Dominion will provide more updates when the issue is resolved.
