Last week, the Fire Chief of Hay River told CJCD that the town’s fire ban could last until snowfall.
CJCD reached out to John Fredericks, Yellowknife’s Fire Chief, for a similar update.
“We review our Fire Ban every week and will lift the ban before snow fall provided we receive a considerable amount of rain.”
