Beautiful Northwest Territories images by Yuichi Takasaka

Born in Japan, Yuichi Takasaka began working on his camera skills when he moved to Yellowknife in the 1990s.

Now, Takasaka – described in his Twitter bio as a landscape astrophotographer – lives in Lumby, BC. But he came back to the NWT last week for a few days of photography.

Takasaka, who headed home on Sunday, gave us permission to share the results with you. You can find him on Twitter here and visit his website here.
