A trial is set to begin today for Nathan Hodges – the man charged in connection with a 2014 stabbing at Coyote’s Steakhouse and Lounge.
A jury has been selected to hear the case in a supreme court in Yellowknife after the 26-year-old was charged with aggravated assault in August of 2014.

Hodges is alleged to have stabbed Chase Van Metre 15 times outside the restaurant around 3 am on Saturday, August 9. Van Metre was in hospital for four days.
The trial is scheduled to last until at least Friday.
