‘Win Your Space YK’ to name winner next week

It is down to five.

The Win Your Space YK contest has five businesses that could win a free storefront or office in one of the provided downtown locations.

Those businesses are:

  • Let Me Knot
  • The Magic Box
  • Ja-pain
  • Borealis Bike Tours Unlimited
  • N60º Interiors

The City of Yellowknife describes the contest as, “a business incubation competition aimed at inspiring Yellowknifers to start or expand their business.

‘The Grand Finale’ will be a live event at City Hall*. It will be open to the public.

It will be next Wednesday, August 2nd, and will begin at 5:30 pm.

Light snacks and refreshments will be available (which is always a score).

*Update: Event is at City Hall, not The Explorer Hotel as was misreported on-air.
