A 19-year old man is facing several charges in connection to an alleged stabbing in Fort McPherson.
Early Saturday morning, RCMP responded to a call of an alleged stabbing.
A male victim was transported to the community medical facility. He was then transported to the Inuvik Regional Hospital for treatment.
An investigation was put into place and the suspect was arrested later that day.

The suspect has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats and Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose.
He was remanded into custody and will appear in Yellowknife Territorial Court today.
