RCMP have laid a charge in relation to the death of a 48-year-old man in Fort Smith on Monday.
Wilfred Abraham, 54 years-old, of Fort Smith has been charged with one count of second-degree murder. He has been remanded to custody and will appear in court in Yellowknife tomorrow.
A post-mortem examination has been ordered by NWT Coroner Service. RCMP and the NWT Coroner Service continue the investigation.
