Boat owners better hit the waters one last time this week. The City of Yellowknife has announced that they will be removing the public boat launch in Old Town on Friday October 12th. This is a step in the preparation for the McMeekan Causeway Bridge to Latham Island. Once the boat launch is removed, they will install the floating curtain for under the bridge.
