The man who died in a snowmobile accident Saturday has been identified as 46-year-old Jeffrey Lindsay.
Lindsay died after his snowmobile struck a rock and he was thrown off of it. Police say he was alone at the time of the crash, which happened near Reid Lake on the evening of January 12th.
He was found by another snowmobiler, who contacted the RCMP while providing first aid. Yellowknife RCMP continue to work with the NWT Coroners Service on the investigation.
