Police are investigating the sudden death of a man outside of Fort Liard, after his body was found Wednesday afternoon.
RCMP from the local detachment say they received information about the body of an ‘adult man’ found in the Big Creek area outside of Fort Liard.
The NWT Coroners Service is investigating, with the RCMP assisting. Police are asking anyone with information about this to call Fort Liard RCMP at 770-1111, or anonymously via Crimestoppers 1-800-222-8477.
