A single-vehicle collision in the Yukon has left one man dead.
On October 6, at approximately 1:15 a.m., the Whitehorse RCMP and the Whitehorse EMS responded to a call of a single-vehicle collision on the Alaska Highway near Whitehorse. Police Dog Services and Whitehorse Fire Department also attended.
Through investigation, police determined that a Ford pickup truck left the road and flipped over. The lone occupant of the vehicle, a 41-year-old male, was found deceased at the scene.
The Yukon Coroner’s Service is now leading this investigation.
