YKFD & RCMP host hockey game this weekend

The City of Yellowknife Fire Division, along with the RCMP, will be hosting the 12th Annual Memorial Hockey Challenge.

The game will be free to attend; however, donations will be accepted. Proceeds will go towards a charity chosen by the RCMP.

With the NHL playoffs just about to begin, hockey-mania is in full swing. The Memorial Hockey Challenge game also comes around the same time as the Yellowknife Minor Hockey Association’s ceremony and game for the Humboldt Broncos.

The 12th Annual Memorial Hockey Challenge is expected for this Saturday, April 14th from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at the Multiplex.
